1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Degen Hunter (degenhunter.fun, app.degenhunter.fun), operated by [Business/individual legal name] (“Degen Hunter”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Degen Hunter.

2. Not financial advice

Degen Hunter is an informational analytics tool. The Hunter Score, smart-money signals, token rankings, and every other metric shown in the app are computed from third-party market and on-chain data using our own scoring methodology — they are opinions derived from data, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no part of it should be treated as such. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. Crypto risk

Cryptocurrency, and Solana meme/low-cap tokens in particular, are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose some or all of the money you put in, quickly, including due to rug pulls, exploits, and illiquid markets — risks Degen Hunter's scoring tries to help you see, but cannot eliminate or guarantee it always catches. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. No guarantee of accuracy

Token and wallet data shown in the app comes from third-party providers (currently GMGN, CoinGecko, DexScreener, alternative.me). We don't control these providers, and their data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do our best to keep the app working and the data current, but we don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or that any score or signal is free of errors.

5. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to use Degen Hunter.
• You're responsible for keeping your Google account / wallet secure — anyone with access to either can access your Degen Hunter account.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials or let someone else use your session.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract data from the app outside of any API we officially provide.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Use the app for anything illegal, or to manipulate markets.
• Interfere with the app's normal operation (e.g. denial-of-service, automated abuse).

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions [if/when billing launches]

8. Intellectual property

The Degen Hunter name, logo, Hunter Score methodology, and app design are ours. Market data displayed in the app belongs to its respective third-party providers. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Degen Hunter and [Business/individual legal name] are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, or from any decision made based on information in it. 11. Changes to the app or these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, and may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
